Art & Mental Wellbeing.

For me Art keeps my Mental Wellbeing on track, and I want to help others do the same.

Over the past year I have been studying, completing a course and generally just thinking and trying out ideas. When I started my ‘Inspired By Books’ Project I knew it would be alot of fun, but with such a big project, a very busy family life and the inevitable problems life always unexpectedly throws at you it was also a stressful time. The good far outweighed the bad but it was very clear that my art helps me to stay on track with my own mental health. I think it is a great way to be calm, relaxed and focussed, helping to de-stress and to wind down. I plan to use my Transformational Mental Wellbeing Coaching Certification and my experience as an artist to help others who may find themselves needing to focus on thier own Mental Wellbeing.
